Our team capture both qualitative and quantitative data and collate this into clear and meaningful themes. Organisations use this data to communicate underlying trends and how this links to talent strategy. The research helps to both inform and back up key talent strategy decisions, knowing that talent decisions are then based on thorough analysis.
The team are experienced in both commercial and academic research. They have 16 years industry experience with GfKNOP and the Oxford Research Agency and are full members of the Market Research Society.
