Analysis and assessment

Our coaches and consultants provide analysis and assessment of individuals either as part of a development programme, succession planning, or linked to internal promotion processes.  We conduct thorough analysis using a range of psychometrics and are qualified to use the leading tools available globally.  We offer 360 degree analysis via Executive Coaching Tools (www.executivecoachingtools.co.uk) or other 360 providers.

We are able to benchmark individuals against core leadership groups, and/or against existing competency models.  We produce clear, easily understood reports, feedback results and create development plans to assist the on-going development for the individual.  Each project is designed to the specific needs of our client.
